Rachel Steinbacher is an actor in Tampa, Florida. She got her start in community theatre and has since gone on to work professionally in regional theatre and opera productions.  

 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music, where she was a recipient of the Birgit Nilsson scholarship award.
